Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018, as well as pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016, laying down provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that this privacy policy applies to the personal data that you provide to Alf S.r.l. or that come to the same from the collection through cookies and other web tracking technologies.

Data processing is performed at the aforementioned registered office of the data controller and is carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing. If necessary, personal data related to the site services may be processed by the staff of the company that provides maintenance of the technological part of the site and in this case they will be appointed as data processors.

Purpose of data processing

The personal data provided by the customer (e-mail address, access credentials for web services, telephone number, company name and registered office, job title or job title, credit card or bank account details) necessary for the performance of the services requested will be used exclusively for the purpose of their processing.

Personal data retention period

Personal data will only be used for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, or until your formal objection or express revocation of consent is received, and in any case for the storage period required by applicable national or international law or made necessary to protect your rights in court. In any case, personal data will not be stored for more than 10 years.

Navigation data and their storage

This Site operates using computer systems and software procedures that acquire certain data that are implicitly transmitted when using Internet communication protocols.

Third-party cookies

The Site also acts as an intermediary for third-party cookies (such as social media buttons), which are used to provide additional services and functionality to visitors and to simplify the use of the Site, as well as deliver customized advertising.     Place of data processing: European Union as the anonymization of the service is active.
    The data collected do not allow users to be personally identified and are not cross-referenced with other information related to the same person. Data shall be processed in aggregate form and be anonymized (truncated to the last octet). According to a special agreement (DPA), Google Inc. (data controller) is not permitted to cross-reference these data with data from other services.

  • Youtube: Google’s video sharing platform. Cookies are set when the embedded pages are accessed, and when the video is started, and will not allow the user to be identified unless they are already logged into their Google profile.
    Data collected: number of users of the service and their behaviour, IP address, information linking visits to the Site to the Google account for logged-in users, video viewing preferences.

Plugin Social Network

The Site also features plug-ins and/or buttons to allow easy sharing of content on your favourite social media. When you visit a page on our Website that contains a plugin, your browser connects directly to the servers of the social network from which the plugin is loaded, and that server can track your visit to our Website and, where appropriate, associate it with your social network account, particularly if you are logged in at the time of your visit or if you have recently browsed one of the websites containing social plugins.
