Navigation data and their storage
This Site operates using computer systems and software procedures that acquire certain data that are implicitly transmitted when using Internet communication protocols.
Information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but due to its nature it could, also by means of processing with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify users/visitors (e.g. IP address, domain names of computers used by users who connect, timestamps of the start and end of the browsing session, possible identification of the account and of the activities carried out on the Site, etc).
Such data are used only for statistical purposes and to check the proper functioning of the Site. These data will be stored for a maximum of six months, without prejudice to further storage for any investigation of computer crimes against the Site or to respond to specific regulatory obligations.
No data deriving from the web service shall be disseminated.
Cookies are small text files that visitors send to the user’s terminal. They are used to store information about visitors’ preferences, to check that the Site is working properly by customizing the content of the pages according to the type of browser used, or to simplify navigation by automating procedures (e.g. login, Site language), as well as to analyze how visitors use the Site.
Depending on their duration, a distinction is made between session cookies (i.e. those that are temporary and automatically deleted from the terminal at the end of the browsing session when closing the browser) and persistent cookies (i.e. those that remain stored on the terminal until they expire or are deleted by the user).
This Site uses the following categories of cookies:
- technical cookies: used for the sole purpose of ensuring the correct navigation and visualization of the Site. In addition, they make it possible to distinguish between the various users connected in order to provide the service requested to the right user (Login) and for reasons of Site security. Some of these cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies), while others last longer (such as the cookie required to store your consent to use the cookie, which lasts up to 1 year). No consent is required for these cookies, as without them some of the operations mentioned above could not be carried out or would be more complex and/or less secure;
- analysis cookies, used directly by the Site operator to collect information in aggregate form about the number of users and how they visit the relevant Site, to monitor the most visited areas of the Site and to improve the functioning of the Site itself.
They can be assimilated to technical cookies when the service is anonymised;
- profiling and marketing cookies, used exclusively by third parties other than the Site controller to collect information on users’ browsing behaviour, interests and consumption habits, also in order to provide customized advertising.

As they are managed by third parties, this Site has no control over their cookies and cannot access or monitor the information they collect.
For these cookies you can access the information and consent forms of the third parties, to which you should refer.
Please note that user tracking does not generally lead to user identification, unless users have already subscribed to the service and are also already logged in, in which case it is understood that users have already given their consent directly to the third party once they subscribed to the same service (e.g. Facebook).
